Exeter-Construction HQ

We were delighted to be approached by a long-standing customer to assist with the furniture requirements for their new Exeter Regional HQ. The new office was designed to build on the success of the company’s long-established Plymouth office, while extending its reach and presence across the wider South West.

The project brief was to create a modern, practical and welcoming workplace for 28 team members. The scheme incorporated open-plan working areas featuring VETA bench desking and FREEDOM height-adjustable desks, alongside a dedicated area for senior management. The office also included a collaboration table and a number of meeting rooms, providing a flexible environment to support both focused working and team interaction.

During the early planning stages, we explored a variety of wood and fabric finishes to complement the company’s existing branding and create a cohesive look throughout the new space. A selection of samples was provided to the client, allowing the team to review and discuss the options before making their final choices.

We also supplied sample chairs for the client to trial, giving the team the opportunity to assess both appearance and comfort before selecting the seating best suited to their needs.

By working closely with the client throughout the design and selection process, we were able to help create a professional and functional workspace that reflects the company’s identity while providing a comfortable environment for its team.
